About You
* You will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Cover Supervisor.

* You demonstrate exceptional adaptability and flexibility in new environments.
* A genuine passion for fostering student development is evident in your approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
* You approach challenges with a proactive and resilient mindset.
