About the Role
Join an ambitious primary school actively seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to start immediately. This rewarding position involves providing essential support to pupils across the primary phase, including working closely with individuals requiring special educational needs (SEN) assistance. You will contribute to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment, fostering positive educational outcomes for all young learners.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver effective small group and 1:1 interventions for pupils requiring additional support.
* Support the class teacher with general classroom management and organisation.
* Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials to meet diverse needs.
* Foster an inclusive environment, promoting positive pupil behaviour and engagement.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and parents regarding pupil progress and welfare.

About You
* You hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* You possess demonstrable experience working within a primary school environment.
* You exhibit a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* You have experience or a strong understanding of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a cohesive team.
