About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a respected school located in the Bushey area of Hertfordshire. You will become an integral part of a vibrant primary setting, providing essential support to pupils across various year groups. This pivotal role involves assisting with general classroom activities and offering tailored support for children with Special Educational Needs. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals available for an immediate start, with flexible contract options ranging from daily supply to long-term and permanent positions. The daily rate for this role is between £95 and £110, reflecting your valuable contribution to student success.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with SEN.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
* Support the development of pupils' social, emotional, and academic skills.
* Prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised learning space.
* Help manage pupil behaviour positively and proactively.

About You
* You possess prior experience working within a primary school environment.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
* You are adaptable and proactive, able to respond effectively to varying classroom needs.
* You are patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education practices.
* You hold relevant qualifications or experience in supporting Special Educational Needs.
