About the Role
A well-established school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to join their vibrant primary team. This vital role involves delivering targeted support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, focusing on pupils who require additional assistance to achieve their full potential. We are open to discussing various contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent arrangements, with a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180. The successful candidate will commence as soon as possible, making a real difference to children's learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
* Accurately assess pupil progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure cohesive support strategies.
* Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
* Maintain meticulous records of pupil development and attainment.
* Provide constructive feedback to pupils, parents, and colleagues.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrable success in implementing effective primary interventions.
* Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the national curriculum across primary phases.
* Show genuine enthusiasm for nurturing individual pupil growth and confidence.
* Possess exceptional communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
