Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to children during their daily activities, fostering independence and confidence.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging resources and maintaining an organised classroom setting.
* Support individual children or small groups with their learning, tailoring approaches to meet diverse needs.
* Observe and report on children’s progress and challenges, contributing to their developmental assessments.
* Help to maintain a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to all school policies and safeguarding procedures.
* Contribute positively to the overall well-being and development of every child in the EYFS setting.
About You
* You possess proven experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
* You are patient, adaptable, and proactive in supporting diverse learning styles and needs.
* You hold relevant qualifications or possess equivalent practical experience for a Teaching Assistant role.
