About the Role
A dedicated school within the East Midlands region is actively seeking a passionate Nursery Assistant to join their vibrant Early Years team. This essential role involves providing comprehensive support to young children, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive from their earliest stages of development. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to the daily life of our nursery, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging early years activities.
* Assist children with their learning and personal care needs throughout the day.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating play environment.
* Observe and report on children's progress and achievements to the class teacher.
* Promote positive behaviour and social development among all pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support the overall nursery provision.

About You
* Demonstrated experience working with young children in an early years setting.
* A genuine passion for child development and early childhood education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with children and staff.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to daily tasks and challenges.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
