Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
* Implement effective strategies to manage and support challenging behaviours.
* Assist pupils in developing crucial emotional regulation skills.
* Facilitate their successful reintegration into a productive learning environment.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
* Monitor individual pupil progress, contributing to ongoing assessments.

* Demonstrated experience working with secondary-aged pupils, particularly those with SEMH needs.
