Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive and timely feedback.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
• Contribute actively to the development of the MFL curriculum and departmental resources.
• Participate in departmental meetings and wider school improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pupil achievement and attendance.

About You
• You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• You possess a strong academic background in French and Spanish.
• You demonstrate a genuine passion for language education and cultural understanding.
• You have the ability to inspire and motivate secondary pupils of varying abilities.
• You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• You exhibit excellent classroom management and communication skills.
