About the Role
Are you a passionate Maths Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of mathematicians? A dynamic school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join its thriving department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher to contribute to a stimulating learning environment, foster a genuine love for numbers, and guide secondary pupils through their academic journey, with a start date as soon as possible or in September.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Assess student progress rigorously, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued.
• Contribute actively to the ongoing development of departmental schemes of work and resources.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich pupil experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and support student achievement.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrate a profound passion for teaching Maths and inspiring young minds.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a strong commitment to student welfare.
• Be adaptable, resilient, and eager to explore innovative teaching methodologies.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), a teacher on the Main Pay Scale (MPS), or on the Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
