Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across key stages.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
• Assess pupil progress accurately and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Science curriculum.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department and across the wider school.
• Support pupils' academic growth and personal development, instilling a love for scientific inquiry.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Possess a strong subject knowledge in Science, capable of teaching across various specialisms.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to engage and motivate secondary school pupils.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive first role, or an experienced educator (MPS/UPS) looking for your next challenge.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Have a commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to contribute positively to school life.
