• Foster a creative and practical learning environment for all students.
• Assess student progress accurately, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities or departmental initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and well-organised workshop/classroom space.
• Utilise a range of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for an excellent start.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Design and Technology and its practical application.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills, promoting a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Hold high expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
• Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with students, staff, and parents.
