About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated school located in Buckinghamshire, where you will serve as a vital Teaching Assistant within a bustling primary environment. You will be instrumental in supporting young learners, both generally within the classroom and by providing specific assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs. We are looking for adaptable professionals available for a range of contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent roles, with an immediate start available. This position offers a rewarding chance to significantly impact children's educational journeys and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to the class teacher across a range of activities and subjects.
* Assist individual pupils and small groups, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Implement tailored strategies to support the educational and social development of pupils with SEN.
* Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised, stimulating learning space.
* Monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and reporting observations to the teacher.
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement, helping to create a productive atmosphere.

About You
* You possess previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary school setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are patient, adaptable, and resilient, capable of responding positively to diverse classroom needs.
* A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desirable.
* You are committed to promoting the well-being and safeguarding of all pupils.
