About the Role
We are seeking an inspirational Early Years practitioner to join an ambitious school, shaping the crucial first steps in primary education. This exciting opportunity involves leading a Reception class, delivering an engaging and enriching curriculum within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. We are keen to hear from educators seeking long-term stability, a permanent position, or flexible supply arrangements starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver an exceptional Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, fostering curiosity and early development.
* Create a vibrant, safe, and stimulating learning environment conducive to active exploration and discovery.
* Accurately assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs and next steps.
* Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, actively involving them in their child's learning journey.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times within the classroom and wider school.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing positively to the overall school community and ethos.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess recent experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Demonstrate an unwavering passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
* Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with children, parents, and staff.
* Exhibit creativity and innovation in your teaching approach, designing memorable and impactful learning experiences.
* Show excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a stimulating and well-resourced classroom environment.
* Be proactive, resilient, and dedicated to achieving the very best outcomes for every child in your care.
