About the Role
Join a supportive primary school in Berkshire as a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant, making a significant impact on pupil learning. This engaging role offers diverse contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent placements, with an immediate start available. You will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive educational environment, providing essential support to pupils across the primary phase.

Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate engaging learning experiences for individuals and small groups.
* Assist the class teacher in managing classroom activities effectively.
* Prepare and organise essential learning resources tailored to pupil needs.
* Provide targeted support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, promoting their progress.
* Cultivate a positive and encouraging atmosphere where all children can thrive.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to implement the curriculum and support school objectives.

About You
* Possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrate previous experience working within a primary school setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for nurturing children's academic and personal growth.
* Show adaptability and initiative in responding to diverse classroom situations.
* Command excellent communication skills for effective interaction with pupils and colleagues.
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
