About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a supportive school, providing essential daily and short-term cover within specialist primary provisions. You will have the chance to work across a variety of SEN settings, encountering diverse needs and contributing significantly to pupil development. This role offers the flexibility to engage with different educational approaches and support children with a range of learning requirements from an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and adapted primary curriculum tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment for all learners.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and support staff.
* Implement positive behaviour management strategies consistently.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and participation.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience.
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of various special educational needs.
* Exhibit excellent adaptability and flexibility in diverse classroom settings.
* Have a patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching.
* Show a commitment to creating an inclusive learning experience for every child.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
