* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children through their educational development.
* Demonstrate previous experience working within an educational setting, ideally with SEN exposure.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively with pupils and staff.
* Show initiative and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced and varied classroom environment.
* Maintain a patient and empathetic approach, understanding the unique challenges some pupils face.
