* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on a fulfilling career, or an experienced teacher (MPS/UPS) seeking a new challenge.
* Possess strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire pupils.
* Have a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
