About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated MFL Teacher specialising in French and Spanish to join an inclusive school for a permanent, long-term role starting on 1st September 2026. This position involves delivering engaging language lessons across the secondary phase, inspiring students to develop a passion for global communication and culture. You will contribute to a vibrant department committed to fostering linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding within a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic French and Spanish lessons to pupils across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
* Implement a diverse range of teaching strategies to engage all learners effectively.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the MFL curriculum.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance departmental provision.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel confident to participate.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a relevant degree in French and/or Spanish.
* You demonstrate a proven ability to teach both French and Spanish successfully at secondary level.
* A genuine passion for languages and cultural education drives your teaching approach.
* You are committed to ensuring every student achieves their full linguistic potential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are among your strengths.
