Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across key stages, catering to diverse learning needs.
* Plan and prepare comprehensive schemes of work that align with national curriculum standards.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of all pupils.
* Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment where every pupil feels valued.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science department's curriculum and resources.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and support pupils' broader educational experiences.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK with a relevant Science specialism.
* Possess a deep passion for Science and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive atmosphere.
* Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
* Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), a teacher on Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
