About the Role
A flourishing school is actively seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Reception Class Teacher. This pivotal role offers the chance to inspire young minds at the very beginning of their educational journey. We are open to considering candidates for long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contracts, providing flexibility for the right professional. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to our vibrant Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision, starting as soon as possible. You will play a crucial part in shaping positive foundational learning experiences for our youngest pupils, receiving a salary paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver a stimulating and age-appropriate EYFS curriculum.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and highly engaging learning environment for all children.
* Systematically assess, record, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as required.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to support pupil development.
* Actively participate in broader school activities and uphold school values.
* Ensure the wellbeing and safeguarding of all children remains a paramount priority.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a deep passion for early years education.
* A robust understanding of the EYFS framework and its effective implementation is essential.
* You demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
* A proactive approach to continuous professional development is highly valued.
* You are adept at inspiring curiosity and engagement in young learners.
* Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as those on Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
