Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective classroom support to primary pupils, fostering their engagement in learning activities.
* Assist class teachers with the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons.
* Offer tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, both individually and in small groups.
* Contribute to creating a positive, safe, and stimulating learning atmosphere for all children.
* Help manage classroom resources and maintain an organised, productive learning environment.
* Supervise pupils during breaks and lunchtimes, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
About You
* Possess a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Demonstrate previous experience working within a primary school setting.
* Have a proven ability to support pupils with Special Educational Needs effectively.
* Show a genuine passion for children's learning and holistic development.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with staff and pupils.
