About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and adaptable Secondary Supply Teacher or Cover Supervisor to support a network of respected secondary schools throughout Berkshire. You will play a crucial role in maintaining educational continuity and delivering engaging learning experiences across various subjects and year groups. This flexible position offers a range of contract types, including daily supply, short-term cover, longer-term assignments, and even potential permanent opportunities, catering to your professional preferences and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively to secondary students across various subjects.
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
* Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure productive lessons.
* Adhere consistently to each school's individual policies and procedures.
* Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere where every student can thrive.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to students to aid their progress.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience for a Cover Supervisor role.
* Demonstrate recent experience working within a secondary school setting.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience in diverse educational environments.
* Maintain strong classroom management and behavioural guidance skills.
* Show a genuine passion for education and a commitment to student development.
* Communicate effectively and build rapport quickly with both staff and pupils.
