About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
* Implement effective strategies to enhance social communication skills among pupils.
* Proactively manage sensory environments to promote student well-being and engagement.
* Assist students in accessing and successfully engaging with the secondary curriculum.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals.
* Contribute to the development of individualised support plans for students.

About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting individuals with ASD, ideally in a secondary setting.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and understanding in all interactions.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with students, staff, and parents.
* Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
* Hold a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
* Be available for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions.
