Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment for all primary pupils.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies consistently.
* Collaborate seamlessly with teaching assistants and support staff.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attainment.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your care.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate proven experience supporting pupils with SEN in a primary school context.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience in varied classroom settings.
* Command strong communication skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show a genuine passion for making a significant impact on pupils' learning journeys.
* Be available for immediate and flexible daily supply or short-term engagements.
