About the Role
A respected school in Northamptonshire is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This immediate opportunity offers a chance to provide crucial support within the Early Years Foundation Stage, contributing to a nurturing educational environment. We welcome applications for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, depending on the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Support individual and group learning activities in EYFS.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs.
* Contribute to the preparation and organisation of classroom resources.
* Promote positive behaviour and social development among pupils.

About You
* Proven experience working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to challenges.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
