Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Maths lessons across the curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Accurately assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment.
* Contribute actively to the continuous development of the Maths department's resources and schemes of work.
* Participate fully in departmental meetings, training sessions, and school-wide initiatives.
* Implement effective pastoral care and support strategies to enhance student well-being and academic achievement.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the United Kingdom.
* Possess a demonstrable passion for Mathematics and its effective communication to young people.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
