This diverse role offers various contract options, from immediate daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term placements and permanent positions, with an attractive daily rate ranging from £95 to £120.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted behaviour support to secondary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Assist pupils in developing effective emotional regulation strategies.
* Support the reintegration of young people into mainstream learning activities.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored interventions.
* Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive educational atmosphere.
* Observe and report on pupil progress and challenges, maintaining accurate records.
About You
* You possess demonstrable experience working with secondary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEN setting.
* You have a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEMH challenges.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and staff.
