About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a well-established school located in Northamptonshire. This rewarding role involves supporting the learning and development of young children within the early years foundation stage. You will play a crucial part in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals available for long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent engagements, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
* Supporting individual children or small groups to achieve their developmental milestones.
* Preparing and organising classroom resources and learning materials.
* Contributing to the creation of a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Observing and reporting on children's progress and behaviour.
* Supporting children with special educational needs where required.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for working with young children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* You have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly within an EYFS setting.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are a proactive and adaptable individual, capable of working effectively as part of a team.
* You are committed to promoting a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
* A relevant qualification in early years or childcare would be highly advantageous.
