Key Responsibilities
* Deliver specialist support to primary pupils with autism spectrum conditions.
* Implement and maintain structured routines to promote a predictable learning environment.
* Effectively utilise sensory strategies to support pupils' engagement and well-being.
* Facilitate and enhance communication for pupils, using appropriate strategies and resources.
* Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where every pupil can thrive.
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to monitor and report on pupil progress.
About You
* Possess proven experience supporting primary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of primary education and SEN best practices.
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Display genuine patience, empathy, and resilience in a dynamic educational setting.
* Hold strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Show a commitment to the holistic well-being and development of every pupil.
