This pivotal role offers the chance to shape the earliest educational journeys of young learners, fostering curiosity and a love for learning from day one. We welcome applications for various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent arrangements, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver an inspiring Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, tailored to meet diverse learning needs.
* Cultivate a stimulating and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration, play, and positive social interactions.
* Routinely assess pupil progress, identifying individual strengths and areas for development to inform future planning.
* Forge strong partnerships with parents and carers, facilitating open communication regarding children's development and well-being.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection, ensuring the welfare of all pupils remains paramount.
* Actively contribute to whole-school initiatives, embracing opportunities for professional growth and collaborative practice.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), an experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS) teacher, or a skilled Upper Pay Scale (UPS) practitioner.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families.
* Exhibit adaptability and resilience, thriving within a dynamic primary school setting.
* Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and a desire to contribute positively to school life.
