Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging Biology lessons across all secondary key stages.

* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
* Contribute to the broader science department, potentially supporting the delivery of Chemistry lessons.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience.
* Uphold the school's commitment to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment for all.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You are an enthusiastic Biology specialist, with the ability to teach Chemistry to a good standard.
* You demonstrate a proven track record of fostering student engagement and academic progress.
* You are committed to your own continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with students and staff.
* You are either an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a supportive start or an experienced professional (MPS/UPS) seeking a new challenge.
