About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join a flourishing school community in the Walsall area of the West Midlands. This rewarding opportunity involves providing essential day-to-day and short-term cover within specialist primary SEN provisions, supporting pupils with diverse and varying needs. You will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning and fostering an inclusive environment, with an immediate start available and remuneration paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to primary pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Adapt swiftly to varying classroom environments and diverse pupil needs across different SEN provisions.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies effectively.
* Foster a positive, safe, and supportive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Collaborate professionally with support staff and colleagues to ensure seamless educational delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and engagement during your assignments.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate experience teaching in primary SEN settings.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when working in varied educational environments.
* Have a profound understanding of diverse Special Educational Needs and effective support strategies.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Be available for daily supply and short-term assignments, starting promptly.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), Main Pay Scale (MPS) teachers, and Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teachers.
