About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join an ambitious school in Berkshire as a dedicated Maths Teacher. We are seeking a passionate educator for a long-term, permanent contract, commencing September 2026, to inspire secondary students with the wonders of mathematics within a supportive and dynamic department. You will play a crucial role in cultivating a deep understanding and appreciation for the subject among pupils.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver consistently engaging and challenging Maths lessons across various key stages.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
* Contribute proactively to the development and enhancement of the Maths curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to excel.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and promote a culture of academic excellence.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching Maths at secondary level (ECT, MPS, or UPS).
* Exhibit a genuine passion for mathematics and an ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Committed to raising attainment and fostering a love for learning in all students.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a vibrant school community.
