About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a well-established school located in the vibrant Wellingborough area. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated primary educators to contribute to a nurturing learning environment, with various long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent contract options available to commence as soon as possible. This role is perfect for an ECT looking to develop their career across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic, age-appropriate lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to foster academic growth.
* Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and active learning.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support holistic pupil development.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and promote the well-being of all children.
* Actively participate in professional development opportunities and engage with the Early Career Framework.

About You
* Hold Early Career Teacher (ECT) status, ready to embark on a fulfilling primary teaching journey.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and safe learning space.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities when interacting with pupils, staff, and parents.
