About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to individual pupils and small groups within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging educational activities.
* Help to create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all children.
* Support the development of early literacy and numeracy skills through play and structured activities.
* Promote positive behaviour, social interaction, and independence among young learners.
* Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress under teacher guidance, including support for children with special educational needs.

About You
* You possess previous experience working within an Early Years or Primary school setting.
* A genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of young children is essential.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
* You are a proactive and adaptable individual, ready to embrace various classroom challenges.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team, collaborating with colleagues, is crucial.
* You hold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
