Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic, pupil-centred lessons tailored to individual EHCPs.
* Lead small class groups, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
* Collaborate effectively with Teaching Assistants, providing guidance and support.
* Work proactively with a range of therapists to integrate specialist strategies into daily learning.
* Build strong, positive relationships with families, ensuring open communication and shared goals.
* Assess and track pupil progress meticulously, contributing to ongoing development plans.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within primary SEN settings.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting pupils with complex learning needs and EHCPs.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Showcase a collaborative approach, thriving within a multidisciplinary team.
* Bring creativity and adaptability to lesson planning and classroom management.
