About the Role
A exceptional school in Northamptonshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This pivotal role involves providing essential support across the classroom, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and offering tailored assistance for pupils with Special Educational Needs. We are looking for an individual ready to contribute significantly to children's educational journeys, with flexible opportunities available on a long-term, short-term, or daily supply basis, alongside potential permanent roles, starting as soon as possible and offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging classroom resources and activities.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
* Provide targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, adapting approaches as required.
* Help manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a respectful and focused environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children's development and learning.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
* Have previous experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting.
* Show a proactive and adaptable approach to different classroom needs and challenges.
* Be committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
* Hold relevant qualifications or experience in supporting pupils with SEN is highly desirable.
