About the Role
A dynamic school is seeking an inspirational Maths Teacher to join its thriving secondary department on a permanent contract from September 2026. This pivotal role involves delivering engaging mathematics lessons across key stages, fostering a love for numbers and problem-solving within a supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging mathematics lessons to secondary school students.
* Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and challenges all learners.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute to the development of an enriching mathematics curriculum.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance departmental provision.
* Participate actively in wider school life and extracurricular activities.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching mathematics and inspiring young minds.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate learning effectively.
* Be an enthusiastic and collaborative team player, committed to professional growth.
* Show a dedication to creating a positive and stimulating learning experience for every student.
* Have an understanding of current educational best practices in secondary mathematics.
