Key Responsibilities
* Provide individualised and group support to secondary pupils with diverse SEMH needs.
* Implement effective strategies for positive behaviour management and de-escalation.
* Assist pupils in developing robust emotional regulation and coping mechanisms.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials and activities.
* Support the academic and personal development of pupils across various subjects.

About You
* Demonstrable experience supporting secondary-aged pupils, particularly those with SEMH requirements.
