About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a inclusive school, a specialist primary setting in West London, dedicated to supporting children with diverse and complex learning needs. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide vital support to pupils across the primary phase. In this fulfilling role, you will work closely with children who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), delivering tailored assistance both on a one-to-one basis and within small group settings. Your expertise will be crucial in helping children with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties to thrive within our supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalised support to pupils with complex learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) effectively.
* Facilitate learning in both one-to-one and small group capacities, adapting strategies to meet diverse requirements.
* Assist class teachers in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities and resources.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages pupil engagement and progress.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to regular assessments and reviews.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
* You have previous experience working with pupils presenting complex learning difficulties, such as ASD and ADHD.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* You are patient, empathetic, and resilient, capable of adapting to varied situations.
* You are committed to promoting inclusion and fostering independence
