About the Role
A ambitious school in Hertfordshire is seeking a dedicated PMLD Support Assistant to join their vibrant primary phase, supporting pupils within a specialist provision. The role offers a long-term, permanent contract with an immediate start, providing a consistent and rewarding environment for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary-aged pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist with personal care routines, ensuring dignity and comfort for all students.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities designed to promote learning and interaction.
* Implement individualised therapy programmes under the guidance of specialists.
* Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and other professionals to support pupil progress.

About You
* Demonstrable experience working with children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of young learners.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and colleagues.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic educational setting.
* Show a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support, particularly PMLD.
