About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Teacher to join a respected school in the East Midlands, Northamptonshire. This permanent, long-term position, commencing in September 2026, offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional Physics and broader Science education within a mainstream secondary setting. The successful candidate will be instrumental in nurturing a passion for scientific discovery among students, with remuneration paid to scale for ECTs, MPS, and UPS.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Physics lessons across key stages.
* Assess, monitor, and record student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute actively to the ongoing development and review of the Science curriculum.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Participate fully in departmental meetings, training programmes, and whole-school events.
* Implement a diverse range of teaching strategies to meet varied learning needs and styles.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a specialism in Physics or a related Science.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Physics and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
* Eager to inspire secondary-aged students to achieve their full academic potential.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and build positive rapport with learners.
* Committed to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
