About the Role
Join a progressive school in Aylesbury as a dedicated Nursery Assistant, providing essential support to early years children. This rewarding opportunity involves fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive from the very beginning of their educational journey. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for immediate starts, with options for long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contracts, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110. Your role will be pivotal in shaping positive early experiences and supporting the holistic development of every child within the nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the planning and implementation of engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
* Provide attentive care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development through positive interactions.
* Help maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring learning environment.
* Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, contributing to a cohesive team approach.
* Observe and accurately record children’s progress and developmental milestones.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early learning.
* You hold relevant experience and qualifications in early years education or childcare.
* You demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* You are a proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You exhibit patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach in all interactions.
* You are adaptable and able to respond effectively to the diverse needs of children and the nursery setting.
