Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative Design & Technology lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Develop engaging schemes of work that challenge and inspire pupils.
• Assess student progress accurately, providing constructive feedback to aid learning.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating workshop environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and school-wide initiatives.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Possess strong subject knowledge in Design & Technology, capable of teaching across various specialisms.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to motivate and engage secondary school pupils.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.
• Be a collaborative team player with a proactive approach to professional development.
• Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced professional, your passion for DT is what matters most.
