Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to a primary pupil, addressing their complex needs effectively.
* Implement and adapt individualised education plan (EHCP) targets to facilitate progress.
* Foster a positive and engaging learning experience, building strong rapport with the pupil.
* Collaborate closely with the class teacher, parents, and external therapists to ensure a holistic approach.
* Monitor and accurately record pupil progress, contributing to regular review meetings.
* Support the pupil's personal care needs and promote independence where appropriate.
