Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs within a primary SEN setting.
* Implement bespoke educational plans and support strategies effectively.
* Collaborate with support staff to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and behaviour during assignments.
* Adapt quickly to new classroom dynamics and school procedures.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils at all times.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working with primary-aged pupils with SEN.
* Bring a flexible and adaptable approach, comfortable with daily and short-term assignments.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show a genuine passion for supporting the educational journey of children with diverse learning needs.
* Be available for an immediate start, eager to embrace new teaching opportunities.
* Suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced teachers (MPS/UPS).
