About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ASD Support Assistant to join a highly regarded school in Central London, providing specialist support to primary pupils on the autism spectrum. You will play a crucial role within a dedicated ASD provision, implementing structured routines, sensory strategies, and communication support to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. We are considering candidates for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts, with an immediate start available, offering a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated support to primary pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder within a specialist provision.
* Assist in the implementation of structured routines to promote predictability and comfort.
* Support pupils with communication development through various strategies and tools.
* Facilitate the use of sensory strategies to regulate emotions and enhance engagement.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to achieve individual learning goals.
* Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating educational environment.

About You
* You possess proven experience supporting primary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* You demonstrate a deep understanding of varied communication methods and sensory needs.
* You are patient, empathetic, and exceptionally resilient in your approach.
* You can adapt your support strategies to meet individual pupil requirements effectively.
* You are a strong communicator, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
