About the Role
An ambitious secondary school is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join their thriving team immediately. This essential role involves overseeing classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring continuity of learning across various subjects. You will be responsible for maintaining a productive classroom environment while pupils complete pre-set work. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience within a dynamic educational setting. We are offering a competitive daily rate between £145 and £160 for this fulfilling opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to pupils effectively.
* Manage classroom behaviour consistently in line with school policies.
* Ensure pupils remain focused and engaged with their learning tasks.
* Provide appropriate support and guidance to pupils when necessary.
* Communicate any significant issues or concerns to the relevant teaching staff.
