Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions for primary pupils with complex needs.
* Implement tailored learning strategies to support Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Facilitate access to the curriculum for children facing challenges such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to assess progress and adapt support.
* Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages pupil engagement and development.
* Support pupils in developing essential communication and social skills.

* You possess proven experience supporting primary-aged pupils with complex SEN, including ASD, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties.
