Key Responsibilities
• Deliver dynamic and engaging Science lessons across key stages, fostering a deep understanding of the subject.
• Foster a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and independent learning.
• Assess student progress effectively, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative curriculum materials and share best practice within the department.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment programmes that broaden students' scientific experiences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attainment, progress, and attendance.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs), Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
• Possess a strong academic background in Science, with the ability to teach across various disciplines within the subject.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for Science education and a commitment to inspiring young learners to achieve their full potential.
• Committed to continuous professional development, actively seeking opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.
